3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the lpk77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. lpk77 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all Funds held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the lpk77 Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. 3.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the lpk77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds held across all associated Accounts.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. lpk77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5.3 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your lpk77 Account, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used. lpk77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts and report transactions to relevant authorities where money laundering is suspected.
5.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. lpk77 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee as published on the Platform, applied monthly until the Account balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.
6.1 lpk77 may offer various Bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotional page.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your lpk77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
13.2 Termination by lpk77. lpk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to pass identity verification; or receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider.
